We offer over 10,000 spacious feet of easily accessible, state-of-the-art treatment area that has been newly remodeled. Our therapists offer advanced rehabilitative techniques which are considered best practice, and their main goal is to assist you in your recovery process and to help you return to your previous level of function. Our therapists have advanced their training to include specialty certifications in Lymphedema, Dry Needling, LSVT BIG movement therapy, LSVT LOUD - Voice Therapy, Pelvic Floor, IMPACT Injured Athlete Therapy, Vertigo/Diziness and Manual Therapy. Ninety percent of the therapists at the Center for Rehabilitation have 20 years of experience or more in their field.

Pelvic Health Program

The Pelvic Health Program at St. Mary’s specializes in the treatment of women’s pelvic floor disorders through physical therapy.

Patients who experience the following may benefit from the pelvic health program:

  • Pelvic pain (dyspareunia, vulvodynia, vaginismus, pudendal neuralgia)
  • Urinary leakage

Meet the Team

Kayla Lovell, PT, DPT, ATC grew up in Waukomis, OK graduating from Waukomis High School. After high school she earned a B.S. in Athletic Training from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS in 2016. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2020. During her career she has worked primarily in the outpatient setting providing care for a variety of diagnoses, including receiving Pelvic Floor Advanced Training. While she enjoys treating all ages and types of injuries, being a former athlete herself, her passion lies with treating sports injuries. Kayla completed a clinical rotation at St. Mary’s Center for Rehab during her final year or PT school. She enjoyed the people and the atmosphere so much that once the opportunity arose to join the CFR team February 2022, she could not turn it down. In her down time Kayla enjoys exercising, many outdoor activities and watching sports.

Cristina Young, PT, CLT, Cert-DN joined the St. Mary’s team in the early 90’s after graduating from PT school. She has worked in both acute care and outpatient as a clinician. In addition, Cristina has been a clinical instructor for OU and Langston Universities for PT students. She enjoys working with different diagnoses and doesn’t back down from a challenge. She says that the reason for choosing St. Mary’s is her wonderful co-workers. When Cristina is not taking care of patients you might find her hiking, doing puzzles or just spending time with friends and family.

Brad Miller, PT grew up and graduated high school in Waynoka, OK. He attended NWOSU in Alva for 3 years prior to transferring to OU to earn his degree in Physical Therapy. Brad enjoys working with patient of varying diagnosis and age levels. He has his certification as a LSVT clinician which focuses on treatment for patients with Parkinson’s Disease. He really enjoys working with post-operative joint replacements and watching their progress. Brad has been with St. Mary’s Center for Rehab since 1993. One of the reasons he has been with St. Mary’s for nearly 30 years is because of the wonderful staff and co-workers. In his down time, following in his father’s footsteps, Brad enjoys OU sports.

Christopher Walker, Physical Therapist Assistant started with St. Mary’s in 1990 working part time while attending college. After completing his education, he went full-time in 1996. Though he enjoys working with all types of diagnosis, he is most comfortable with joint replacement and orthopedic patients. Chris is often seen riding his bicycle and spending time with his family.

 

Troy Wilczek, DPT, received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019 and is currently in the process of earning the credentials for a Sports Certified Specialist. As a therapist he gets to interact with a wide variety of patients, but sports rehabilitation is an area that Troy is very passionate about. After spending 8 weeks at St. Mary’s as a student in 2017 Troy saw the closeness of the staff and knew that St. Mary’s was the place for him. Watching sports and spending time with his wife and daughter is his favorite past time.

Pam Grantz, OTR/L graduated from the occupational therapy program and OU Health Sciences in 1996. Over the years she has worked in acute care, skilled nursing, home health, nursing home and school system settings. In 2001 she began her career at St. Mary’s and has stayed all these years because she enjoys her co-workers so much. The patients that she sees at St. Mary’s Center for Rehab come in with a variety of diagnosis. Pam has specialized in vestibular therapy and is currently seeing all patients with vertigo and dizziness. When she isn’t working you will most likely find her outdoors or in the kitchen.

Maureen Cook, COTA has been with St. Mary’s for 31 years. A typical day for her is seeing the geriatric population and helping patients with their balance. Prior to this, she spent years working with all types of patients in the acute care setting. Outside of work, Maureen enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.

 

 

Jennifer Neely, PTA graduated from Oklahoma City Community College in 2003 and began her career at St. Mary’s. Since then, she has worked in the acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehab and the home health settings. She is certified in the LSVT BIG program to treat Parkinson’s Disease patients. If you are looking for her on a day off, she may be spending time outdoors with friends or vacationing with her children.

 

Hayley Stewart, PTA graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with her Bachelor of Science in 2016 and completed the NEO PTA program in 2019. She began her career at St. Mary’s at that time and says that the atmosphere and teamwork is what drew her here. Growing up nearby, Hayley loves taking care of people in the community and treating patients with all diagnosis. Her favorite past times are spending time with her husband and dogs, and sports.

Emma Blakeman, DPT earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2018. Prior to earning her Doctorate, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. Since her career began, Emma has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient physical therapy. She was drawn to St. Mary’s because she knew that CFR provides much needed therapy to Enid and the surrounding areas.

Alissa Outhier, M.S. CCC-SLP began her career at St. Mary’s 17 years ago and in that time has worked in inpatient rehab, acute care and outpatient therapy. It is her goal to help patients regain their ability to communicate, be able to eat and drink normally and regain memory and thinking skills necessary in daily life. She is certified in LSVT LOUD and LSVT LOUD for Life for Parkinson’s disease and neuro-muscular e-stim for swallow. One of her favorite things about working at St. Mary’s is that co-workers are friends outside of work as well. Most of her time away from work is spent cheering on her kids at sporting events.

Kristin Damery, PT graduated PT school in 2009 and began her career as a general/pediatric PT in 2012. After the birth of her first child, she was drawn to pelvic health. As a pelvic health physical therapist, she focuses on treatment of men and women who suffer from incontinence, pelvic pain and other pelvic ailments. Kristin loves St. Mary’s because of the wonderful people that she works with. If she’s not providing therapy to patients, you most likely will find her exercising or spending time with family.

Carolyn (Nikki) Haws, PTA graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma University and began her career in the field of therapy in 1998. She has worked in several different settings including home health, nursing home, acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. Nikki started with St. Mary’s in 1999 because was looking for an area smaller than what she had grown up in. She is certified in LSVT Big treatment for Parkinson’s Disease and sees patients with orthopedic injuries, CVAs and back injuries. Traveling and Dodgers baseball keeps Nikki busy in her down time.

Doris CampbellDoris Campbell, OTA began her journey at St. Mary’s in 1991 after completing a student rotation. During that time, she has worked in inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and outpatient rehabilitation. She has her certification in LSVT Big working with patients with Parkinson’s Disease, and works with CVA patients. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her grandchildren.

 

Holli Schultz, PT received her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma.  Holli always wanted to do something in the health care field and became interested in physical therapy after a high school injury that required rehabilitation in an outpatient clinic.  Since her career began, she has worked in various clinic settings including inpatient, outpatient, home health and long-term acute care.  Holli began her work with St. Mary’s as a PRN therapist.  After working in the position for some time, she realized that St. Mary’s was a great fit for her as therapist and as a mom.  She currently works at the Center for Rehab providing outpatient physical therapy services.  Holli loves being a mom and attending her kids’ events.  She also enjoys scrapbooking, being outdoors, going to the lake and volunteering in her community.

Kent Keithly, PT, Certified DN began working in physical therapy 26 years ago.  Most of Kent’s experience has been working within an outpatient facility.  Kent decided to join St. Mary’s Center for Rehabilitation after hearing positive comments about the dedication and care that St. Mary’s employees provided.  Kent currently works as an outpatient physical therapist for the Center for Rehab.  He works with a variety of diagnoses and utilizes dry needling therapy.  Kent enjoys being outdoors where he can garden, fish, camp, and golf.  He also enjoys spending time reading and an occasional walk or run.

Easy Drop-Off and Parking

It’s easy to access the St. Mary’s Center for Rehabilitation, whether you or a family member is doing the driving. We are located at 2123 W. Willow Road, Enid, Oklahoma 73703, and have drop-off available at the front door. If you are driving yourself and have a disability, you may use one of our six handicap-accessible parking spots. Other free on-site parking is available.
