Roger Diller, RN, MHA, St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, Enid, OK

Roger Diller, RN, MHA

Roger Diller, RN, MHA, is the Clinical Education Manager at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Roger began his healthcare career over 25 years ago in the pre-hospital setting and transitioned into the hospital, serving in various leadership roles in non-clinical and clinical positions. Roger believes that great results can be achieved through building strong relationships and being compassionate and ethical while treating others with respect and dignity.

Frannie Billings, RN, BSN

Frannie Billings, RN, BSN, is the Nurse Manager of The Rehabilitation Institute. She joined St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in 2009 as a Med/Surg nurse, and in 2019 accepted the nurse manager position for inpatient rehabilitation. She has an extensive nursing background in Med/Surg, Emergency/Critical Care, and Rehabilitation. Frannie promotes strong teamwork with the goal of working together to achieve positive patient outcomes. To ensure her team is meeting and exceeding the needs of the patients served, she encourages evidence-based teachings and implementation of CARF and CMS inpatient rehab standards. Frannie is always encouraging her staff to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table. This mindset has helped the Rehabilitation Institute achieve being in the top 10% for inpatient rehabs in the United States for the last two years.  She says, “Rehab is such an exciting ever-changing environment, we are always getting to celebrate patient accomplishments and success.”

Miranda Barney, RN, BSN

Miranda Barney, RN, BSN, has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. The last six years, she has been in management, working as nurse manager in various behavioral health units of all ages. She joined the Resilience Behavioral Health Team in June 2019 as Nurse Manager. Miranda is a third generation behavioral health nurse – this is truly her passion. She understands the needs of the clients in this field. Now more than ever there is a need for open-minded, compassionate mental health workers. Miranda believes in creating an environment for the staff to understand their importance and the impact they have on their clients' lives. During and post pandemic, the need for this type of nursing will be key. It is important to keep one’s own mental health dtrong to provide the care needed on the unit.

Christina Terry, RN, BSN

Christina Terry, RN, BSN, has been the Critical Care Nurse Manager including the ICU, Outpatient Infusion Clinic and Cardiac Rehab since 2020. She has worked at St. Mary’s since 2004. Her nursing career leading up to her current position has included bedside nursing, nursing informatics, quality with an emphasis on stroke, pain management, sepsis and policies. She believes that communication, teamwork, leadership, continued development and compassion – and a little fun – are all key factors for the success of each area. This allows for a better working knowledge to feel more empowered to care for patients using evidence based practice, education of patients and families and increased communication among the interdisciplinary team caring for the patient.

Valerie Schultz, RN, BSN

Valerie Schultz, RN, BSN, has been the Director of Emergency Services since she joined St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in 2015. She has over 30 years of experience in Emergency and Critical Care and over 25 years of serving in leadership positions. Having worked in various hospitals in other states, Valerie brings strong leadership as well as expert knowledge of evidence-based practice for the Emergency Department. Valerie believes in providing excellent care to every patient which is accomplished by strong teamwork of the nursing staff and ED providers. Having a supportive culture with the engaged team that participates in staffing and patient care decisions is very important. She is a leader that works for the success of everyone on the team. Valerie also believes that as a team we must have an element of fun for a sense of balance.

 
Erin Bilyeu, RN

Erin Bilyeu, RN

Erin Bilyeu, RN, is the Nurse Manager of the Post Critical Care Unit at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Erin has been an RN for almost 10 years. She has spent the last four years at St. Mary’s. Her nursing background has been focused on intermediate and critical bedside nursing. For the better portion of 2020 Erin gained valuable experience caring for critically ill COVID-19 patients.

Erin believes that to lead is to serve. You will most likely find her on the unit with her nursing staff and patients. She encourages those around her to continue learning and developing new skills. One of her goals on PCCU is to provide quality patient care based on evidenced based practice. She believes this fosters a learning environment and improves patient outcomes. These beliefs combined with the positive culture and service excellence stands found throughout St. Mary’s are the foundation for providing excellent patient care.

 
Malinda Isbell

Malinda Isbell, RNC-OB, BSN

Malinda Isbell, RNC-OB, BSN, has worked at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center since 1995 and has been the Director of the BirthPlace and Women’s Services at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center since 2008. Throughout her nursing career, she has worked as a staff nurse and the OB nurse educator prior to taking the Director position. Malinda encourages her staff to participate in and use evidence-based practice initiatives so that the patients in her units receive high-quality care. Malinda says she views her staff as family and works to be a leader, not a boss. Teamwork is an expectation among the units staff as well as physician partners and one that Malinda says she works to demonstrate through her own actions.

 
Lisa Gibson, RN, BSN

Lisa Gibson, RN, BSN

Lisa Gibson, RN, BSN, has been working at St. Mary’s since 2002. Throughout her nursing career, Lisa has enjoyed working as a staff nurse in various units throughout the hospital, including the Joint Replacement Institute. She was excited to accept the position of director of the Joint Replacement Institute in August 2017 and is focused on providing quality, compassionate healthcare to the patient population and staff she serves. Lisa encourages her staff to provide safe patient care with great outcomes, which she says can be accomplished by working together and displaying positive attitudes.

 
Kelly Williams

Kelley Williams, RN

Kelley Williams, RN, is the Nurse Manager of the 23-bed Medical/Surgical Unit. She has worked at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center since 1999. During her nursing career, Kelley has worked as a staff nurse, clinical coordinator and in her current position as nurse manager. She says, “I love what I do and enjoy the staff. We are an excellent team that strives for excellence in all of our endeavors and makes patient care and safety top priorities every day.” Kelley says she likes to hire staff members who are upbeat, positive and energetic, and who want to be part of a team.
